The Oppo K13x 5G features a 6.67-inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Peak brightness reaches 1000 nits, ensuring decent outdoor visibility.
What makes it unique is the 360° Armor Body with IP65 water and dust resistance and MIL-STD-810H certification. This gives it extra durability, making it suitable for rough everyday use. The phone is available in two finishes: Sunset Peach and Midnight Violet.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It runs on Android 15 with ColorOS 15, offering AI-driven tools such as:
